Lineicon is independent application which is using Iconscout Application Programming Interface ("API") for its operations. By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. The term "Lineicon", "Lineicon.com", "we", "us ", "our" or "site" refers to http://lineicon.com.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICES

The Services are designed to provide users or buyers access to a collection of icons uploaded to Iconscout's library by designers from around the world (each such icon, an “Icon”).

For doing some activity on the site, you may be asked to provide information like your email address. Only in this case Lineicon will save your information.

Agreement The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a notice on the Website. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified.

SECURITY

Lineicon is not taking any personal information from user except in some special cases. Security and Integrity of your personal information is our first priority. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be security glitch ever by unauthorized third parties. We are putting our best security measure to keep safe your information. You acknowledge that you provide your Content and personal information at your own risk.

To Download any icon, User do not need to register on our site. We are not collecting any information from user to download any icon or use our service. However during any promotional activities or subscribing to our newsletter, user will be asked to provide their information like Email address. If user wish to provide this information then and only then Lineicon will save their information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register for newsletter in the following ways:

• To personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
• To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.

Lineicon offers Services designed to provide users or buyers access to a collection of icons uploaded to Iconscout's library by designers from around the world (each such icon, an “Icon”).

To Contribute your icons to Lineicon, you need to upload them on Iconscout. When you upload an Icon to the Icon Library, you will be prompted to choose between various licenses or designations you wish to apply to other users’ use of such Icon. Regardless of selecting any license on Iconscout, If you're uploading your icons for free then it will be accessible from Lineicons too.
